President and CEO
Mike Pruitt has served ambulatory and acute care segments of
the health care industry for over 30 years as a clinician, clinical manager, administrator, consultant, transactional health
care attorney, and large system executive. His focus over the past 18 years has been to create market and system-oriented
strategies and to execute development initiatives designed to strengthen the providers operating in those arenas. His former
employers have included for-profit and non-profit health systems and the nation's largest niche health care law firm.
Pruitt did his undergraduate work at the University of Florida and the Medical College of Georgia, completed his MHA at
Duke University, and holds a Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association,
and is a diplomate (CHE) in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

As a health care consultant, Renee brings 20 years of
clinical operations, business development, board development and senior executive health care experience to our clients. Her
former employers have ranged from rural health care providers and hospitals to regional healthcare systems. Renee specializes
in organizational transformation, transitional management and formation of collaborative partnerships.
a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Southern California and a clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy
from Simmons College. She is a diplomate (CHE) in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a professor
at Montgomery College, TX.
Vice President Business Development
Pruitt is charged with business development, technical
writing, proposal development, program development that includes program/project management, operational analysis and improvement,
business improvement services, facility development, and marketing. He has over
25 years of professional experience with public and private entities in economic and industrial development, airport management,
and aviation consulting.
Pruitt has a keen understanding of the highly sensitive
political arena of local, regional, state, federal, and multi-jurisdictional governments.
He is skilled in effectively managing highly controversial and potentially sensitive projects and to obtain project
concurrence through negotiation, coordination and communication.
was named Consultant of the Year in 2002 for the Florida Airports Council. He
was a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Airports Council, a member of the American Association of Airport Executives
and a member of the Airport Consultants Council. Additionally, he is a well-known
speaker at national conferences regarding economic development and aviation. Pruitt
graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Management and he is an accomplished pilot.
